Low code to almost no code with agentic AI means the technical gate to building a solution has never been lower. What's scarce now is having the right idea to meet the need — understanding a client request, asking the clarifying questions that surface it, turning business needs into technical requirements, and documenting all of it: the asks, the re-phrasing, the summaries for the right audience, and a knowledge base for the next developer — which may be you, in a few years!

This session starts interactive: the audience interprets what's actually being asked across a few common "gotchas" in getting to know a new client — relating to how they communicate, and learning when to ask them to see around corners in their own process they may not know they have.

From there, we introduce a tool built for exactly this: Wrike, for documentation and communication, both with the client and for internal knowledge transfer. Where tools like Jira are built for multiple developers coordinating on one project, Wrike excels at managing multiple projects for a single developer or small team — with a web form for bug and feature requests that can be easily integrated directly into FileMaker.
