Dean has been developing databases and apps since the early 80's initially for for-profit organizations, and since 2000, mostly for internal use in support of rare disease non-profit work. Starting with Mac Lotus 1-2-3, Wingz, FoxPro, dbase II & III, and since longer than I can remember, FileMaker. I've migrated all of my websites to WordPress and integrate FileMaker which I personally use to mange business operations. I am also a FM BetterForms novice.
My 25 year old non-profit org is MLD Foundation, https://MLD.foundation and several others.
As part of my rare disease (nerd) work I also started a side gig doing all of the AV, audio, and professional event production for rare disease scientific and family meetings from 50 people up 350 people across 1 to 7 rooms. He has all of his own AV gear packed in Pelican cases to transport to your event where he needs only wall power and Internet access to save you 50% ++ off hotel/event center AV fees while making your live event run more smoothly and your post-event video more interesting. Live and/or post-event AI-based audio interpretation and/or captioning, and bring your own Internet cellular bonding services are also offered to make the event run smoothly for all attendees ... and save you money. I'm looking for additional events to service and will travel!
