Grant Program: The Steering Committee of Full Access LLC has established a grant program to help under-represented individuals attend [Full Access] 2025.
This initiative aims to reduce financial barriers and increase diversity, by offering partial registration support for historically under-represented individuals.

Claris Beyond: Integrating FileMaker with WordPress, featuring CWP Snippets

Our own Ron Glen Cates has developed a FileMaker registration system for conferences that integrates interactively with WordPress. When you make modifications and changes in FileMaker, they immediately pass through to your WordPress site. Ron will show us how he has adapted his solution for the [Full Access] website and database, to update areas such as “Who’s Attending” and “FAQs“.

We have taken action to substitute the facility’s limited Wi-Fi system with our own, which includes two satellite dishes and six mesh routers – so that we can provide the best possible internet service for all our attendees.
Recent tests showed the system passed with flying colors!
A seminar has been added to the schedule to describe the design in detail.
The retreat sessions will focus on a variety of emerging technologies, as well as interpersonal dynamics and creative skills. The overarching goal is to consider how our main development tool fits into the future of technology. What skills do we need to develop? What complementary tools do we need to engage? What opportunities/threats are we facing? How do we retain some sense of balance in our personal lives?
This event will be 4 days long, with 3 nights lodging available at the retreat center. Meals will be included. A “commuter” option will be available that includes everything but the lodging. Organization is being done by an all-volunteer team under an LLC structure, with the intention of making attendance as affordable as possible.
We’ll be meeting at a lovely hilltop retreat center located near Apple and Claris headquarters in Northern California. Well sized for our limited event, the buildings and grounds invite conversation and contemplation.

Registration slots will be opened on a staggered basis (blocks of tickets will be made available periodically). The first block opens on 3/31/25. Costs vary from $1,295 to $1,495 depending on your lodging choice.
