I think this one was cauliflower and chiplotle tofu for the vegetarians. I\'m not a fan of any of these, but somehow it came together really well and I enjoyed them. Also, the salad bar was a great fresh staple at every lunch and dinner. Nothing compares to the Sunday night dinner for volunteers, though. Portabello mushrooms and some other stuff that was good but can\'t remember. I wish had room to eat three mushrooms.
