Execution Squad - Do Even More With Execute FileMaker Data API
Attendees will walk through a series of real-world demos that demonstrate how this script step can be used to streamline log creation, implement transactional batch updates, and handle related record manipulation—all using native JSON structures. We’ll also discuss how the script step can act as a middle layer in an abstraction pattern, giving developers more control over security, logic reuse, and audit trails.
To make this session more interactive, we’re incorporating attendee feedback and real scenarios collected from developers in the field. You’ll have the opportunity to vote on which demos to explore in depth, ask questions mid-session, and share your own use cases or challenges for group discussion. Bring your toughest questions - we’ll tackle them live.
Whether you’re already using Execute FileMaker Data API or just starting to explore its potential, this session will give you deeper insights, practical examples, and inspiration to take your development solutions further.

The presentation was well done, and interacted well with the audience and questions throughout the whole presentation. I am looking forward to downloading the presentation and sample file.

Todd was well prepared and the info was very thourough. I really enjoyed this session.
I missed this session, but heard great things about it, which is why we invited Todd to host a DIGFM meeting on November 13 at 5PM Pacific. One of us will get Todd to reprise some of this session before we share what we liked best from what we experienced and everyone else gets to ask about what they missed. At least some of the session recordings will be available by then, so we can point everyone in the direction of those. https://www.youtube.com/@DIGFM
