L-401 - Room Check-Out

Everyone must check-out of their lodging rooms, and store their luggage.

This early check-out is required by the JRC facility. They have another group coming in on Thursday afternoon, and they must prepare the rooms for those folks.

Everyone needs to pack their luggage, take it to either your car, or the storage room that we will prepare down the hall from the Gellert Rotunda, and be ready to leave the JRC facility sharply by 2:00 p.m.

We will have asked you on Monday to place nametags on the luggage, and tags will be provided.

We have asked our volunteers to assist on check-out. Their name may not appear on the presenter list for this activity. If you need help to move your luggage, a volunteer will assist you. Just ask someone to help.
