Belongings and luggage can remain in the car, or be held in a secured storage room near the Gellert Rotunda, until room check-in at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20.
It will be easiest if you gather belongings and luggage, and place them in the assigned storage room.
Volunteers will be available to help with this. If you need assistance carrying or moving luggage, somone will be available to help you.
We will provide name tags to mark your luggage. We ask that you place nametags on the luggage, and tags will be provided.
A volunteer will be assigned to watch over the stored luggage.
