On behalf of the entire [Full Access] Volunteer Committee, thank you to everyone who joined us in Los Altos for our second annual community-led conference. From August 6–10, 2026, attendees, presenters, sponsors, Claris team members, and volunteers filled the Jesuit Retreat Center with thoughtful sessions, candid conversations, collaboration, and plenty of fun. Your generosity and willingness to share made [Full Access] 2026 an unforgettable week.

The Jesuit Retreat Center
On behalf of the attendees, speakers, sponsors, and organizing volunteers of the [Full Access] 2026 FileMaker conference, we extend our sincerest thanks to the Jesuit Retreat Center of Los Altos for welcoming us back. Its peaceful grounds, comfortable gathering spaces, and generous hospitality created the ideal setting for focused learning, spontaneous conversations, shared meals, and lasting community connections.

2026 Highlights
A few of the ideas, conversations, and shared experiences that defined [Full Access] 2026.
Direct access to Claris. Claris CEO Ryan McCann and members of the Claris team joined the community for candid, in-person conversations about FileMaker, the platform’s direction, and the questions developers care about most.
A program built for today’s FileMaker work. Technical, Integration, Discussion, and AI tracks moved from hands-on development topics to big-picture conversations about agentic workflows, platform relevance, observability, mobile apps, plugins, JSON, and more.
Learning beyond the session rooms. The collaborative LEGO challenge, evening music, walks around the retreat grounds, shared meals, and informal patio conversations gave attendees room to experiment, laugh, and build relationships that continued long after each session ended.

I was able to attend the first [Full Access] event last year, and I had an incredible experience with the great blend of technical content and social activities. I was excited to attend again this year, but wondered if it could live up to last year's conference. It did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded expectations.The variety of sessions was great, spanning Technical, Integration, Discussion, and AI tracks, so there was always something worth walking into. Even with a maximum of two sessions per time slot, there were still hard decisions to make as to which session I would attend....

Even with a maximum of two sessions per time slot, there were still hard decisions to make as to which session I would attend. Luckily, many of the sessions were recorded.
The conference also grew this year, which was exciting to see. It drew 85 attendees, including some who traveled all the way from France and Singapore, plus three San Jose State University students attending on scholarship — a great sign for the next generation of FileMaker developers. The increased participation by Claris, including engineers, product managers, and members of the executive team, was greatly appreciated. It affirms that they value the contributions of FileMaker developers as much as we value them and the Claris FileMaker platform.
And getting to play Pat Sajak during "Wheel of FileMaker" was a blast.
The organization was excellent, the format was truly special, and the content was extremely strong throughout. What impressed me most, though, was the quality of the people everywhere—developers, Claris staff, speakers, and attendees. The level of openness, knowledge sharing, and genuine conversation made the event feel very different from a typical conference.
I made some great contacts, learned a lot, and came back with both practical ideas and a much broader perspective on where the platform is heading.
A really special event that I would absolutely attend again.
I’ll start by admitting that I’m part of the Full Access planning team, so of course I’m a little biased. But I can genuinely say that even if I had nothing to do with putting this conference together, I would absolutely want to be here.From the beginning, our goal was to build the kind of conference that developers like us would actually want to attend—not just for the sessions, but for the entire experience. The entire Full Access experience has been amazing, and seeing it all come together has exceeded what I imagined when we started planning. I would honestly hate to be someone who missed out on it!
I’m incredibly proud of what we created and grateful to everyone who helped make it what it was. Now I guess it’s time to start gearing up for next year. I can’t wait to see what we do next!
