“Imagine your audience is naked” - Practice Session

Applying the traditional presentation structure of:

Introduction - intent, hook
Body - meat
Conclusion - summary and "call to action", if any

We will give attendees a chance to participate, by each person giving an impromptu speech. Each person will be given a random object, and be asked to give a 2-minute, impromptu speech, on some aspect or implementation of that object. Perhaps a memory of using said object will inspire the speaker to share the impact of that memory.

This will be fun!! Everyone will feel fear, move past it, challenge themselves, feel the support of others, and experience the reality that we all go through basically the same thought processes and emotional intensities that public speaking invokcs.

Hopefully, everyone will leave will a better sense of the world of public spaeaking, and feel more connected to others in the community.
